So, I have 5 rouen ducklings(10weeks old). They have a nice size yard and I've set them up a pool, but I've yet to see any of them mess with their pool. How can I encourage them to try it?

Pick them up and put them in....make sure it's low enough they can get in and out by themselves...also unless they are fully fledged they will need a dry, warm spot to dry off after so their baby down doesn't get water-logged. I would supervise their first few swims if they still have a lot of baby fluff.

Oh, they look fully feathered to me. If I don't see them mess with it some time this weekend suppose I will catch one. They're still rather hesitant to let me mess with them. I've only had them a little over a week.

The only way to warm them up to you is to spend a little time with them every day, feed them treats and get them used to seeing and being around you.

Mealworms!!! And putting in the water all together like has been said. Once they know its there they will love it, especially on hot days.

Mine hate meal worms. Try peas if the meal worms don't work.

Well they got in on their own 3 days ago and stay in it playing and bathing and such hours and hours now, think they sleep in it now.
