Found this when I came home in one of the nest. is this normal? First flock of sixteen. They started laying 10-12 eggs (in total) a day for two weeks now. They are about six months.

I’d definitely cut it open to find out.
Lash eggs can in fact be that color.
But my vote goes with a shell-less egg.
It appears a chalaza is visible in photo D184, upper right hand quadrant.

Are you providing oyster shell and layer feed? They might not be getting enough calcium.
Could be new layers working out the plumbing or it might be an issue. Good catch. Keep an eye out for more.

x2. You can differentiate the yolk and white in the photos at least. Shell less egg.
