Wow, what an excellent idea!! How high is their roosting bar and how far under is the poop board? Do they need steps/ramp? Thank you so much!!

Mine is poop board covered with linoleum at 36” and roost board is about 48” and that’s because I have large breed birds. I also have a large coop and have five nesting boxes in between those two heights at about 42 inches at the top lid height only. The bottom of the box is about 18” off the floor.
I have a hay bale that gives my girls a place for a short cut if they need one up onto the roost boards or a boost up to prevent sprains also and keeps them off the nest boxes and prevents them from sleeping on the nest boxes or the poop boards either ones.
