poop eating chickies

    well, as the subject says, our chicks are eating there poop outside.

    we just let them outside today at 4 weeks old during the day, and now they are eating there poo.

    is this a problem? [​IMG] is there some health problem that can occur if this keeps up? [​IMG]

    My latest batch of chicks are doing this with no ill effects - just close your eyes and pretend it's not happening - how are you going to stop them anyhow? Less to clean up! [​IMG]

    Haha, don't worry about it, eventually they'll learn there are better things to eat in the world! Like the garden... [​IMG]

    well we threw in some tomato dices and melon, but they wont eat it unless it is in there food dish! how do u stop them from being so picky eaters? [​IMG]
