Normal poop can vary quite a bit in chicks. The diarrhea is more concerning then the lime green...it may have simply had more urates. Chickens do not urinate, so the white on the fecal brown is their urine. That can vary the color of the poo quite a bit.

Watery poo can be from overheating, so I'd check your temps. They also have cecal material they give off about every third poop or so which is runnier, orange-ish, and smellier. That's all normal.

Watery poo tinged with red can be signs of coccidiosis, which would need to be treated with Corid. But that would not be possible in very young chicks as it takes a few weeks for build up to occur enough to give signs.

How old are your chicks?
