Poop management?

About a week and a half ago my little 9 week old Silkie was injured and damaged her neck and leg. She’s slowly recuperating, but the current dilemma is what to do about poop management. She can’t walk, and lays in her box lined with towels. She likes to flap her wings, and then scoots all over her bin on one side, smearing any poop into her feathers. She hates baths and it’s a lot to try and clean out of feathers. What can I do to keep her clean?

Not necessarily sure how much space the hen has, but I would buy pine shavings and use that as bedding. The pine shavings absorb the fecal matter better in my opinion, and you can add more shavings if it starts to get dirty/smelly. You can also dispose of them without a relative. Hope this helps.
