So one of my chicks has poop on her back close to her tail feathers. I'm not sure if she was under one of the other chicks on a perch and got pooped on or what. I've noticed some of the other girls trying to help clean her off (sweet things) but she still has some on there. How do I get it off? They are 4 weeks btw

You could wait until it dries and it may just flake off. If it's ceacal poop, the rank, brown pudding poop, I would take cotton balls, and either use warm water or olive oil to sponge it off. You can use a hair dryer on low to dry the chick. No, the noise won't bother it.

You can clean them with baby wipes or a warm and damp cloth.
