Poopie Eggs

i have one chicken that always lays poopie eggs. Why is this?

Maybe she a poo butt that needs to be cleaned?

The other option I know of is that some hens have a genetic defect that somehow doesn't close off the other compartment that normally keeps poo and eggs from touching each other.

Alternatively making sure no one is sleeping in nest boxes and leaving the poo behind to catch the eggs, maybe?
