Poopy water problems

what’s a good no roost cap for me 2 gallon bucket. I use poultry cups and my lavender orphingtons are pooping in them. I saw the no roost but it’s unavailable and there’s gotta be a cheaper hack help me

You can make a cone the same size and shape out of aluminum flashing or a piece of sheet aluminum. Just coil it and pop rivet or drill and screw it.

Large funnel upside down also works. This one is 10 inches for less than $10.

Standard 5 gallon bucket is just under 12 inches wide. I assume 2 gallon bucket is same diameter, just shorter? 10 inch funnel would work well.

A simple solution is chicken wire shaped into a cone and stapled to the lid.

Do you have an old bowl laying around? An old basketball that you could cut in half? Stacked flower pots?

Thanks!! I’m getting this I need to measure quickly. I would struggle with building something but i liked the above suggestion too.
