Poor hen spinning herself to death?

I posted earlier and am now getting desperate to help her. Everytime I look out the window I see my 6 month old Americauna spinning around and around. When she is not spinning her body her head keeps going side to back! This started on Sunday as she wound her foot in the hay very tightly by spinning and cut offthe circulation in her foot, it took a while but now it seems ok. However, the spinning is not stopping....ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I am new to this stuff. She also has not started to lay any eggs and is blind

Poor Hen,. I have no help to offer but am sure someone will be here soon that can,.. maybe when folks start getting home from work,..

I have had a couple of hens go blind in the past .I think its from a vitamin deficientcy.I have Poly visol baby vitamins or a Nutra drench for poultry. You can get it online or at feed store.Tractor supply has the Nutra drench.
Is there anyway you can get some into her? Listeriosis causes circling in goats I dont know what it would do in poultry.
