PoorGirl! BumbleFoot and Pox!? Help!

My 3 year old White Leghorn has bumble foot, treating since vet visit 6 weeks ago...was on antibiotics, extremely swollen still and infection not getting better, vet said not to eat her eggs ever again...last night after soaking, rewrapping and bandaging again noticed she has what looks like beginning of Pox on her comb...she's eating ok, laying occasionally ... Her immune system def has been compromised ...afraid of my other 8 chickens getting sick... Think it's time???
