Poorly baby chick

my chick hatched about 3 hours ago but is very pale flimbsy andbhasent opened her eyes yet whilst the on who was born at about the same time is pink active and dances around!!

What could be wrong with her

Looks exhausted. Some have a harder time hatching than others. Give it some time to rest up. Generally by 24 hours they should be perky.
