Pop Door

My hubby is getting ready to make the "pop" door from the coop to the run. How big should the opening be? We have Isa Brown Chickens about 8 weeks old. Thanks.

I made mine 12 x 15....I asked my builder brother to make them 12 x 12 but he was worried they might hit their heads jumping up to get through the door
