So I found a Light Sussex rooster from Greenfire Farms for sale, in Portland. However, the guy wants an extra $20 for him since I cannot be down there until November to pick him up. Understandable...but frustrating...
SO...here's my proposal...if anyone is going to be traveling to Portland or the surrounding area and back to the Washington area (Spokane, Wenatchee, etc) and you could pick him up for me sooner--I'll give you eggs (Light Sussex) next spring...I'm getting a hen shipped from Greenfire Farms later this month!
