Possible addition to breeds summeries?

I have noticed some of the roosters I have been butchering this year have different skin types. I haven't noticed much much in that forum of the different skin types, was curious if it could be added, maybe no one wanted or cared to. Just a curiosity cause those paper skin ones are a pain!

Have you thought about starting a thread on the subject? Sounds like a good subject.
