I was thinking about keeping my roo in the coop with my hens permanently, and with that would come fertilized eggs. Are there any issues with eating fertilized eggs?

    Nope.
They're exactly the same as non-fertile from a food perspective. Just don't let them sit above 80 degrees for a couple days or you'll see development.

None whatsoever... But I remember one of my father's friends when I was little saying if you eat fertile eggs raw they're good for you, but I think he was a little crazy though;)
