Here's a group shot of some of my Ideal chickies. EE, Brabanters, dark Brahmas, & Welsummers.

My chicks got here today. My order consisted of:

2x Buff Orpington
2x Silver Laced Wyandotte
2x Gold Laced Wyandotte
2x Buff Brahma
2x Dark Brahma

All ten were alive upon arrival, however, one was in poor shape as she had her head stuck under the bedding in the box. She died an hour or so later, as my fiance and I watched. I haven't seen an animal die in a long, long, time and it was hard to watch. We buried her by the Japanese Maple in our backyard. So sad !!!

Recieved a phone call from Ross at Ideal today. They are going to look into my issue. seems they have had some white shanks/feet in their wyandottes, but never this high a percentage. Wil keep this thread informed as I am able.

SPESIFICLY TOLD HIM NOT TO< AND WAT DOES HE DO !!! AAARRRGGGHH


do u think they'll be ok... they were hatched the 9th...

my sultans crest feathers grew so much while i was gone..... DO you think the one with a bigger crest is a female or the little crest??
