You can snag some sales on Friday, but exhibitor/sellers will be arriving all day until 10 pm, so getting there early Friday does not guarantee anything. There will be a large sale area on the floor at one end of the building, with more birds for sale than you can imagine. Tailgating is not permitted, I believe.
