These 4 were unfortunately taken by a fox when they were a few months old. Still cute though, so young they still have some egg on their faces. I miss them so much. RIP Artimas, Alice, Remy, and Goliath.

I do agree that runner babies are the cutest ever. <3

We love the Runner Ducks too. My husband first had them as a boy down on the farm. He crossed them with his Pekin Pet Duck and got ducks that really layed eggs well. Each hen layed almost an egg a day even thru the winter in OH. The ones we have now are really cute and stand up really tall. But not getting many eggs. Right now, no eggs. Only our Silver Appleyard Ducks are laying eggs thru the winter. We are going to hatch a few crosses of Indian Runners over Silver Appleyard to see how that affects egg production. Then seperation, we are not wanting to breed mutts. But, want eggs to sell.
