    Hi,

I am relatively new to chicken breeding, and am looking to find out if I can get eggs posted over from the US, does anyone do this? Thanks!

I don't have any first hand knowledge on shipping to Ireland, but there are certainly going to be some pretty stiff requirements to try to keep certain diseases out. I suspect certain testing and a special import license will be required. Getting hatching eggs from the European Union is probably going to be a lot easier than getting them from the US or anywhere else in the world. I'd suggest contacting the agricultural department of your government to determine what these restrictions are and ask for suggestions.
