posting pics

Hi bycers,
I'm trying to get used to this new website set up. When I before would post pics there would be a link at the top of the page to post my uploads. I don't know if I'm missing something or just can't find a link. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well I was able to post a pic but it was pulled directly from my computer instead of my uploads.
I guess I'll have to play around with this new set up for a while to figure things out.

The video looks like posting pictures is easier than before. I'm grateful for that. I haven't tried posting pictures on the new system yet and have a couple questions before I do. I found my photo album at the bottom of my profile page. The page says private albums are no longer supported and gives the options of deleting the album or adding it to the public album. This is the first I've heard of a public album. Can someone please tell me how to find it? Can I still post pictures in the album? Thank you.
