Poult on it's back

I have 4 day old poults that I hatched out and 3 are doing fine. The 4th one cannot stand and continually is on its back. I have tried banding its legs together like I have done with chicks that had splayed legs, but that doesn't seem to work either. It will sit on its legs and whenever it moves, right to its back. I don't know if it is a leg problem or a equilibrium problem. Any advice?????????

My hubby said one of our poults was kipping on his back the other day. No idea why. The others were starting to peep at it and prance around it a bit, as if to say: "Dude, what u doing?"
