Poult with a limp

I have a turkey poult with a gimpy leg. It limps on it. It is a week old. I don't know what is going on. What would you suggest?

Does the foot/leg look different than the other one?
can you please post a pic of the legs side by side?
Maybe check the bottoms of the feet for any wounds?
