poult with wry neck

one of my poults that hatched either lastnight or this morning i noticed has wry neck pretty bad, his neck is twisted so hes totally upside down. i gave him a few drops of poly vi sol and put him back in the bator with the last poult that is still drying, that way he wouldnt get trampled by all the other beasties. my question is, how many times a day do i give him the poly vi sol? how long should it be until i start seeing results? i went thru this with a chicken and ended up having to put her down. i dont want to pro long it if im not seeing results by the time i should be.
