poultry processors in Central Maine

Hi again to all my fellow Maine-iacs,
I have a bunch of meaties that will be ready for processing in 3 or 4 weeks, and I'm just too dang busy to do 20 birds myself. Can anybody tell me where I can get them done up? I know West Gardiner beef does poultry a couple times a year. I think Naples packing in Dixfield does, too. Where do you all take yours?

I was not aware that West Gardner Beef limits their poultry processing to a couple times a year. If you've just heard this through the grapevine, I'd suggest you check with them, there might be more date options that you expect.

I'm guessing Biddeford is too far for you to travel from Dixfield, but mdolley: you ought to check out Ken's Custom Meat. Small family operated, they do poultry on Mondays, not sure if they do ducks.
