Hi duck/chicken/other poultry people in the Portland, Oregon area,

Some of you may already know about it, but I found a in-city vet clinic that handles barnyard poultry.....chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese. They said they don't have too many duck patients, mostly chickens. It it the Pet Samaritan Clinic, 503 233-5001, 2519 East Burnside, Portland, OR 97214. Their website is www.petsam.com. I didn't ask about rates or anything yet, other than do they handle ducks. I don't have ducks yet, but am glad to have found a vet beforehand; our cats' vet clinic doesn't do any birds.

Glad I found this! I've been struggling to find a poultry vet - especially in the middle of COVID and we have a chicken emergency. :(

It's so frustrating. I found a really great vet that was willing to see my chicken, but he is just not a chicken specialist...
