pox virus....do the warts go away?

    My girls are looking a little rough here....one's comb is completely fallen over full of scabs....one of them has a white membram in the corner of her eye...it's even on their waddles and around their eyes....will this go away? I feel like I should be doing something for them.....[​IMG]
