And I locked my asthma medicine in my suitcase and can’t get it. Please pray the nausea goes away so I don’t hurl on the plane and also for the panic attack to end. I got a ginger ale which helped a tiny bit but not fully. PLEASE HELP. I’ve been praying myself but He’s not really listening.

Thank you! I turned on a movie and got a snack and I’m feeling much better. It’s distracting. My chest is still a bit tight so I feel like I need my asthma medicine which I can’t get atm but otherwise much better. Thanks.

This will be my only post here, but I saw that you're dealing with a panic attack on the plane so I really want to help you relieve it. My mom experienced one on a plane and the flight attendant advised her to eat ice to help ground her from the symptoms. (And she practices this any time she feels a panic attack) Please try to ask your flight attendant for some ice if you can! I hope this can help you in anyway.

Hey guys, I’m not quite sure if I’ve ever said anything on this thread but I’m following it and I’m always praying for all of you.

I have a prayer request today, and one more prayer request I will post separately later.

Here is my prayer request for today,
a couple minutes ago I went to feed my turtles and found one of them unresponsive on the bottom of her tank. She moves a little every once in a while so I know she’s not dead, but she won’t wake up. I’ve done some research and done everything I can to make her wake up but she won’t. Now I am letting her rest, and leaving it up to God. She means a lot to me and my brother and we would be heartbroken if she passed. So if you are willing please pray for my turtle, and for me. That God will heal her and give me the insight to help her. Her name is Scooter.
