Prayers for a friend please.

Our neighbor (and friend) lost his 3-month-old grandson to SIDS today. I have a 4-month-old and couldn't even begin to imagine going through that. His grandson was born at 33 weeks, spent a month in the NICU, and they got to have him at home for 2 months, just to lose him today. His older brother (who's 3) has been walking around asking where his brother went all day. I'm not usually one to ask for prayers publicly, but I know this family could use them, so please send some their way. Thanks in advance.

That makes me very sad and loosing a child is a terrible thing to have to go through. I could not imagine what they are going through or to have to deal with that. Make sure to support them and help when you can. Maybe even suggest counseling for the little guy too. It is hard to know what and how to say things that are age appropriate.
Make sure they are taking care of them selves too....maybe alternate w/ friend and family making them dinner and taking it over for a few days.
