Prayers for a good friend needed

I know I haven't been online in quite some time, been dealing with a whole mess of issues left and right since the beginning of this year. One of which, I thought I'd share with the good people on here. A good friend of mine, whom I've known since we were in Kindergarten, has had such a struggle this year. I feel awareness of the reason for her struggle and that of many others should be spread. Her son was diagnosed in utero with CDH, and for those of you who don't know what it is, it's called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, and it's a very serious, life threatening birth defect that for some reason most people don't know about. She has a caring bridge site which is dedicated to her little angel. He passed on Jan. 20th and Jamie is still pretty grief stricken and I feel kinda helpless in this and feel that the only thing I could do is ask that you read her story and maybe say a prayer for her. She is such a wonderful person, and I know she would make the most wonderful mother in the world. is the website where you can find it. Also I would like to share a poem written for her by her brother joey in Jaden's name for her, it brought tears to my eyes, so I thought I would share it with yall. And thanks for listening.

A Letter to my mommy

I'm sorry I'm not with you anymore mommy
but God said that I could not stay.
I know you don't understand why mommy
and the pain will never ever go away.

I fought as hard as I possibly could,
please mommy know that this is true.
We will certainly meet again someday
After your journey is through.

I will cherish every moment I spent
looking into your beautiful eyes.
I am sorry that everything happened so quickly,
that we couldn't say our goodbyes.

The most beautiful angel came to take me
and she said that she knew all about you.
I caught one last glimpse of you crying
as we were floating through.

She took me out of the hospital
and up into the clouds oh so high.
I thought we would fly forever
as I watched the stars go by.

Finally she said we were almost there
and our pace began to slow.
I could see other angels everywhere,
they had all come to say hello.

They said it wouldn't be long
before I got my wings too.
Parker said she would teach me to fly
so I could come and visit you.

I am making lots of friends up here
and my body isn't broken anymore.
I can do so very many things
that I wasn't able to do before.

I know you will miss me mommy
and your heart will take awhile to heal.
I love you more than anything
and wish I could take away the pain you feel.

Please smile when you think of me
and know I will be smiling back at you.
I will be waiting for you at the gates
so that I can teach you how to fly too!

Love your Angel,
Jaden (With the help of my Uncle Joey)
