My new zealand doe is a little over due, I noticed that she appears to have a severe ear mite infestation. I not sure what to do for her since I don't want to kill the babies just the bugs. HHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

A few drops of any type of vegetable oil, or even mineral oil (Baby Oil) in each ear can help by suffocating the mites. You'll need to repeat the treatment at least a couple of times per week for a week or so, and once a week for a month. Since ear mites are contagious, it would be good idea to do a weekly treatment on any other rabbits you may have at the same time.
