Is it a good idea to stop eating the eggs of your hens when providing Sulfur antibiotics for Coryza? If so, for how long? Hopefully not forever?

My vet says one month, unless you want to be taking antibiotics too. But he is extra careful about such things.

Have you checked the label? Usually it will say in the fine print.

It actually says "Not for use on animals used for food production" - Does that mean to never eat the eggs again? Or just for awhile?

Oh dear- though a month will probably be okay, this is one of those times when I'd call the company for specifics. I'd rather have info from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

I was told two weeks for a sulfa type drug, but that was a long time ago and since a vet says one month, that sounds like where the smart money is!
