Hmm. Just for starters, silkies, salmon faverolles, Brahmas.

    It's all preference.

I like Buff Orpington and Easter Egger hens myself.
But I love Blue/Black Orpington and Brahma roosters.

I love the wyandottes but I have to say that the prettiest breeds are the longtails and crested birds. I think the ultimate bird would be a polish with a phoenix length tail with the hight of the orientals.

I have to say silkies! but not everyone will agree this is my fav breed. Everyone has their own taste in what they like.

All of them!! No really thogh...so far in my short time being a "chicken-addict," I think that silkies are absolutely beautiful once they are full grown. [IMG] At least mine are! [IMG]

Almost at the end of that page are some Partridge Brahmas from Belgium. Those are some of the most attractive I've seen along with the Buff variety. I'm also partial to the large single combs and long tail feathers of the Brown Leghorns.

Quote:I agree the partridge brahmas are awesome. I'm not crazy about my dark brahma hens, but I'm in love with my dark roo. He's such a handsome devil.
