Is $40 too much for 1 dozen Blue & Silver Muscovy eggs?

if you really want them, i don't think that's bad for eggs if the birds come from good stock and the person is honest about them.

They're my birds eggs. 2 Blue drakes over Blue & Silver hens...
of course there will be some black to come from them but that's what color the adult breeders are. just trying to figure out prices for everything.

(I thought it was high then I saw the hatchery prices!! [IMG] and you don't even know what you're getting from there or what the parents look like...crazy.)

Bleenie, I do not think that is out of line for eggs with those parents. Out of curiosity, how close are you to Vancouver, WA? I have family there and happen to be flying up to visit next month [IMG]. Btw, I did understand what you meant in your OP.

smithzoo, I think i am about 2.5hrs from Vancouver, at least that's what mapquest says, lol.

The Muscovy keepers post? I just meant that i might want to see about trading eggs with you later [IMG] He is a VERY pretty boy.
