I've made two small test batches of turkey sausage this week that are delicious. The problem is my meat grinder plugs up almost immediately with the connective tissue in turkey meat. I would like to purchase a new electric grinder but from what little I have seen on line, turkey plugs up many of the electrics as bad or worse than my old hand crank. (I have absolutely no problem grinding pork or beef, just turkey.) Does anyone have a suggestion as to brand and model? Please note: Given that I have already tottered well past the 3/4 century mark, if possible, I would like to keep my expenditure to a hundred dollars or less. Thank you for your kind attention.
