Processed my birds Saturday.

We processed 22 birds on Saturday and got 96 lbs of meat. The largest was 6.5 lbs and the smallest was 3 lbs. On average, they were 4 lbs.

Hildy, they were 9.5 weeks.

Oh, and they free ranged all the time. They got locked up at night only. I didn't push them on grain, only because it's too expensive and I let my layers free range also, so they gobbled down the feed.
