Processed our first roo

    Start to finish I think it took us 20 minutes. Not great time but it'll go faster the more we do it I'm told. We needed to process an extra roo who was getting too mean. Wasn't a big chicken but was a good practice run for us.

    Now he's resting in the fridge in ice water. [​IMG]

    Good Job! [​IMG] We just did 7 today!! It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be!!
