My friend is looking for help this weekend processing 20+ broilers. It's kind of sad that my experience with five or so meat birds qualifies me as the experienced one! This is the friend that got me into chickens so I certainly want to support her venture into meat birds. We'll likely be doing the stump method unless someone who comes over wants to show us the cone or another method. Sat or Sun is fine, though Sat morning is tough because she runs her CSA from her wonderful organic farm. anyone available?? thanks!
