Processing quail sized chickens?

I had a chick order fall through now I'm stuck with 6 chicks in the house (I love them, of course) but it got me thinking...

Quail/chicken keepers-- ever thought about this?

Processing chicken chicks that are quail sized...

Why don't we do this?
 
I don't have chickens, so I wouldn't know... I think @JacinLarkwell is right, though. They're too young to have filled out with enough meat.

@Ratchnick Cornish game hens aren't really young birds, but an actual breed that is small.
