This is who we use to process our meaties:
Silver Lining Poultry - Bittinger MD - 301-245-4306 they charged us $2.00 per lb for basic processing - leaving the birds whole or halved - excellent work!! they will also cut them up however you want for an additional amount, but not sure about that.
they also raise pastured CX - if you want pastured humainly grown poulty and don't have time or land to do it yourself - at $2.70 / lb.
Also raise heirloom turkeys, but i am not sure what they charge per lb for them.
they have been our butchers for the last 4 years and i couldn't be happier with the work that they do. family run small business.
