Prolapse help semi graphic photo

Hi everyone, I need a bit of help. Yesterday I noticed one of my ducks hiding in a freshly dug hole under a Bush, since one of them had started laying about two weeks back I figured this was her and that she was on a mission. Today I found the same duck in the same place but upon exiting the Bush I saw this. So now what do I do?

Membrane is the consensus. I was so concerned that I forgot to think of the simple things first. I love my ducks

Poor think, So did you pull it out ? I dont know ducks but when chickens lay shelless or soft eggs we give them calcium . I would imagine it would be the same. Hope shes ok
