Hi there! First-time poster, looking to connect with some folks raising Khaki Campbells :)

My partner and I are currently building up a little homestead in central Washington state, and Khaki Campbells are on our short-list for animals to raise. We've heard some cautionary tales (the eggs taste different, ducks are messy, they stink, etc etc) - I don't expect any of them to be deal-breakers, but it does seem like the responsible thing to do would be to visit some o' these ducks before raising some of our own!

So, I'm wondering if anyone here is raising some Khaki Campbells, and would be open to a little visit and tour - and maybe donating an egg or two for us to taste :)

Towards the end of February, we'll be driving from Virginia to central Washington. Our route can be seen here: http://bit.ly/1CNgkIg (link to Google maps). Anywhere near this planned route would work for us.

Many thanks, and hope to work something out, folks! :)
