What is a white puffy cheeked chicken (like actually has extra feathers there and resembles a chimpmunk!) She has grayish/green legs and yellow beak.

I thought someone might know right off the bat but I can get a picture if needed.......thanks!!!

Probably an EE... they come in a lot of different colors, have puffy cheeks and greenish legs [IMG] I have a bunch, they're great! [IMG] A pic would be good too... mainly so I can oogle her! [IMG]

    EE...
If it's a chick, does it look like this?
    or this?

    or even this?

Or if it's an adult, like this?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then it's an EE. Congrats on your brand new EE. Greeny blue eggs galore!

Easter Eggers can surprise you with odd color eggs. She might lay blue, blue green, olive green, brown, pinkish or even lavender colored eggs. Bluish green seems to be the most common. One more reason to go nuts waiting for her to lay.

I have a girl that I think lays brown eggs (its hard to actually catch her in the act) but she has the coloration of a delaware and the muff of a EE and pink legs. Any idea what she is?
