Pullet making honking noises and 2 days of runny poop, could she be sick?

Hi, my youngest pullet 10 almost 11 weeks old is making a deeper sound, almost honking?

I’m worried she could be getting sick, She is still moving around, eating and drinking. doesn’t look sick but had some runny poop for about 2 days. I only noticed the sound in the past 8/9 hours but she’s still making the noises.

Is there anything I should do?

Get pics of fresh poop while your taking the video.

Also, what exactly do you feed?

Honking is a typical voice change...I love that phase, it cracks me up!

Lots of fruit can make for juicy poops.
