pullet or cockeral

I know it is hard to tell but my chicks are now 3 1/2 weeks old . I ordered all pullets. I have 2 black astrolorps and one of them has a comb pretty established. Does this mean he is a rooster?

Very well possible. In a week or two, if it turns really red. You probably have a boy on your hands.
