pullet or cockerel?

ISA Brown — 17 weeks old, started to look more “cock-y” than the other Browns in the past few days. Im doubting myself too much to say its a pullet like it was supposed to be. Seems too young to be getting ready to lay, so I don’t know what to think.

At 17 weeks, pointed saddle feathers would have already started to develop. She's a pullet.

A cockerel wouldn't look like that.
I would expect eggs fairly soon.

Pullet. ISA browns are sex-linked. The pullets are brown and the cockerels are white.
