Pullet or Cockerel?

This little beauty is a Salmon Faverolle. After doing a little research...she/he is not looking like a typical pullet of their breed. First time chicken owner here, so any help/explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

How old? It looks quite young. So with all that red comb growth, i'll say cute little cockerel.

He is 10 weeks old, and we definitely can’t keep him. City ordinance says so. We have some friends that can take him though .

I was wondering why he was picking fights all the time with the other chicks . He’s a whopping 10 weeks old.

That is good to hear. You can visit him then at least. So hard to give them up once you get attached.
