Pullet or cockerel?

Howdy, all. We bought four chicks from Tractor Supply almost two months ago, and they were all advertised as pullets. This particular one always stood taller than the others, is more dominant, crows, etc. She was sold as a Starlight Green Egger. So, my newbie question is, did we get sold a cockerel and not a pullet? And does that even look like the correct breed she was sold as? I haven't found a lot of pictures that look like this coloring specifically.

Search this site for Starlight Green Egger and you will see pics to compare with. I don't think he is one, but I could be wrong... I haven't seen them in a black and white version.
