Pullet or Cockerel?

Can someone please tell me…is this a girl? There is no ‘hook’ on the tail and pink comb/waddle… New to identifying the boys and girls. I think this little one is about 10-11 weeks old. Appreciate the help…again. Thanks!

By hook do you mean the saddle feathers? That won't show up for a bit yet but to me it looks like a pullet. Stay tuned because I'm no expert

Cockerel. The red patches on the wings is a give away. Tail tips aren't indication of gender.

Mixed breed pullets can have leakage too (usually on the neck and breast) but they won’t have that leakage on the saddle and shoulder feathers.
