Pullet or Cockerel?

    Hi, this is a chick that is about 4wks old, not sure of the hatch date. It's a mutt Cochin bantam - any idea of the gender?

    Looks like a cockerel! The comb and wattles are a bit big to be a pullet.

    i have like 4 roosters 1 crowing and i live in the city phx az and we are not allowed to own them but i still have them luckily no one has complained, but i also hear other neighbors roosters
